Last updated October 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AirMax (“AirMax”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit airmax.agency, book a call with us, or work with us as a client. If you have any questions, write to us at sayan@airmax.agency.

  1. 01Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, email us or become a client, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, website and anything you choose to share in your messages.

Client account access. During an engagement, you may grant us access to tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PostHog, your CMS or your website. We use that access only to deliver the work you hired us for.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Our website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

  2. 02How we use your information

    • To respond to your enquiries and schedule calls.
    • To prepare proposals and strategies, and to deliver our services.
    • To send updates, reports and invoices related to your engagement.
    • To keep our website secure, reliable and working well.
    • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  3. 03Legal bases for processing

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process personal information to perform a contract with you or take steps before entering one, for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent where we ask for it.

  4. 04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

    • Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting (Vercel), call scheduling (Calendly), and email and document tools, under appropriate confidentiality terms.
    • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
    • Authorities, where we are required to by law.
    • A successor business, if AirMax is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  5. 05International transfers

Our team and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. When we transfer personal information internationally, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

  6. 06How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including for the length of any engagement and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting records. When access to your tools is no longer needed, we ask you to remove it, and we stop using it.

  7. 07Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable, secure service providers.

  8. 08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email sayan@airmax.agency. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

  9. 09Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  10. 10Third-party links

Our website links to third-party sites and tools, such as Calendly, LinkedIn and X. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.

  11. 11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
